Student Registration
After School Care - Extended Day Enrichment Program 2:30-6:00pm
Site Facilitator: Sheila Avery
Activities include indoor and outdoor recreation, homework assistance, arts and crafts, and enrichment units.
Snacks are served daily.

Parent Portal
Complete Student Registration Verification by 9/14
Pick up your parent portal access letter from the front office

Medication in School
Fax a Medication Release Form to school at 973-9751
Must be signed by a physician for prescription medication, or a parent/guardian for non-prescription meds
Original container, complete with pharmacist's label showing child's name is required
Medication must be brought to the office by an adult
For liquid medicines please send a spoon or other accurate measure

Free & Reduced Breakfast/Lunch Program
A new meal application must be completed each school year
Complete one application per household, listing all students on one application

Our school may receive extra financial support for more staff based on the number of children receiving free/reduced lunch
Cafeteria Menu
The cost for breakfast is $1.45, $.30 (reduced), and $.00 (free).
Cost for a full lunch is $2.70, $.40 (reduced), and $.00 (free).
Costs for a la carte milk, chocolate milk, or juice are 55 cents and ice cream/cookies 75 cents.
Bus Schedules & Routes
Contact Albemarle County Transportation at 973-5716 with any questions about routes or stops
Please plan to have your child ride the bus to and from school on the first day of classes. Our parking and bus areas are much safer when traffic is limited.
Alternate Pick-up/Drop-off Location
To request an alternate bus pick-up/drop-off location for your child, fill out and submit the 'Alternate Bus Stop Request Form' to the front office.
Allow up to 5 school days for approval.
This form must be submitted annually.
Closings & Delays
Contact Stony Point front office staff to enroll in the "Electronic School Notification System" to receive electronic notifications by phone and/or email.
